Personal Wine is an e-commerce business (and winery) that specializes in personalized wine bottles and wine gifts. I was hired on as their Design Team Lead in 2016 and worked closely with the sales, IT, and marketing teams on a daily basis for 2 and a half years.
My responsibilities included establishing the brand guidelines, hiring designers and managing the creative department, working on wine label/engraving designs for clients, maintaining our online design template library, creating digital and print marketing material, overseeing a redesign of the Personal Wine website, and any other design needs that came up. I loved the variety of work and the free wine.
